Ship to Unlimited Destinations in a Single Transaction!
An Americraft.us Exclusive Feature... Americraft.us offers registered users the unprecedented capability to load contacts into your personal address book and then click on as many destinations as you like per order. Let’s say you design an annual Christmas Tree Ornament and want to send it to all of your relatives. Simply proceed to the checkout and you’ll be prompted to select destinations ALL WITH A SINGLE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION! And later on, when it is Aunt Mary’s birthday and you want to send her something, the address is there and you just click and ship.
Can I track my order online?
Most of our orders are sent via UPS. Not all of these orders can be tracked. When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you via email in your shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.
How long will it take to receive my personalized item?
Please remember that we create each gift individually for you or your recipient. Some of our items ship in a few days and others take 3 to 4 weeks to personalize and cannot be expedited. Any order shipped on day 31 or later is free to the customer (customer pays only shipping). If your order is for items from more than one artisan please understand that you will receive more than one delivery. Also, please understand that we will not have any information concerning the status of your order until it ships. Consequently, if you contact us we will simply remind you that we guarantee shipment within 30 days of ordering. Calls will just take us away from production, so please contact us only if your order is approaching the 30 day mark.
Can I track my order online?
Most of our orders are sent via UPS. UPS will inform you that your package is on the way via email along with a tracking number. If your order is shipped by USPS (generally we ship smaller items this way to save you money) you will be informed via email from our site that your order is complete and on the way. There are no tracking numbers for our USPS shipments.
Can I return a personalized or perishable item?
Americraft stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized and perishable (food) items cannot be accepted for return, except when there is a quality concern. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Cancellations and changes must be made by 2:00 p.m. EST of the same day you place your order. To insure that your change is received, you can use the contact form on the website and we will get back to you as soon as possible. All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt.
In the holiday season we rely upon the pick-up/delivery cut-off dates provided by UPS and USPS and we do not accept responsibility for their failure to deliver by a specific date.
Can I get a replacement?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling, dates and sometimes quantities. Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and quantities carefully. We are not responsible for errors that you make. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Americraft.us accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
What happens after I place an order?
When you complete a design in the AMERICRAFTER a jpeg is taken of your finished product! A link to this jpeg will accompany all invoicing from our site. This will serve as a record of precisely what you ordered. After you complete the checkout process, a "Thank You" page will appear which will display your online order confirmation number. This number confirms that your order has been placed successfully. We will send a copy of this online order receipt via email within one hour. After your order has been processed, we will send you a second email with your order number and order details. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by telephone or email.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation via email?
You should receive a copy of your online order confirmation via email within an hour of placing your order. However, if you do not receive this message, please contact us to ensure that your order was received and is being processed.
Can I change the delivery address?
We can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. To request a change, please contact us using our contact form.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card number, when it is sent over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, a blue bar will appear at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom right corner of the window. This indicates that the transaction is secure. We do not store your credit card information.
When will my credit card be charged?
We will obtain authorization for the credit card charges when we process your order and will charge your account at that time. Authorization usually occurs within 24 hours after you place your order. If we are unable to secure authorization, you will be contacted by a customer service specialist.
How do I check out?
When you have added all the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, click on the "check out" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page and follow the instructions.
Why am I having problems ordering?
To order from our site, you need a SSL compliant browser and your browser preferences must be set to accept "cookies".
Why is my shopping cart empty?
You may not have selected a quantity for the item you wish to order. At the product page, select the product or products you wish to purchase, enter the quantity you wish to order, and click on the "Add to Cart" button on the bottom of the page. This should add the selected products to your basket. If your product is still not showing up in your cart, your browser may not be set to accept "cookies". Our site uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. We do not include personal or billing information in these cookies, so there is no security risk in accepting them. You may change your browser option to accept cookies in the preference menu selection for your browser.
What if I have a question about a specific product?
Please email us using our contact form with any product questions or suggestions for adding new Images to the AMERICRAFTER.
What are the advantages of registering?
Becoming a registered user offers you a number of benefits to make shopping with us faster, easier, and more intuitive: Express Checkout: Save your billing, shipping and credit card information for faster checkout. Order Tracking: Review the shipping status of your orders at any time, 24 hours a day. Address Book: Save shipping addresses for family, and friends in your personal address book. You can register now or register when you place an order. You do need to be a registered user to shop our site. As stated earlier, you may ship to unlimited destinations in a single transaction.
Can I place my Internet order over the phone?
We are sorry, but we do not accept phone orders at this time.
How can I find out the status of my order?
You can check your order status online. Information about your order should be available 72 hours after placing your order. Or you may email your request using our contact form. Please only contact us if your order is approaching 30 days.
How quickly can I expect to receive an answer to my e-mailed question?
You can expect a response in 24 - 48 hours unless you have sent your e-mail over the weekend or on a holiday.
